Supply Chain Coordinator - Ireland, Dublin - 12 Month Contract

An exciting project there is lots of opportunity to learn new technology and develop current skills within a fast paced €1 billion project. This fantastic client offers the opportunity to work within a large-scale environment with cutting edge technology.

What you’ll do:

• Key interface into CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organisation)
• Managing order book (200 – 400 orders) and all communication between internal businesses and CMO. 
• Needs to be very capable in managing priorities
• Needs to be able to package up messages and clearly communicate
• Heavy working in Excel, and ideally SAP (nice to have…)
• Managing artwork implementations – the lynchpin between these teams and supporting implementation plans

 What you’ll need:

• Experience working in a multi matrixed cross functional environment.
• Understand and absorb technical supply chain information, but then relay this in readable terms.
• Prioritisation is key – this is a busy global role covering US, EU and APAC markets.
• Will have a lot of different queries coming in that need to be prioritised based on patient need and importance.
• Does not need to have pharmaceuticals experience.
