What you’ll do:

• Implementing Lean Design and Lean Construction methods across all project phases using internal planning systems and standard software.
• Training project team members and key users on Lean Construction methods, tools, and software.
• Continuously improving and optimizing standardized Lean tools and methods in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Driving the transformation and development of high-performance teams by inspiring enthusiasm for Lean principles and production control.
• Acting as the first point of contact for all Lean Design and Construction-related topics within projects.

What you’ll need:

• A degree in engineering or project management.
• Extensive expertise in Lean principles.
• Extensive experience in construction projects and the implementation of Lean project delivery methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and trainings.
• A hands-on mentality and the motivation to drive sustainable improvements.
