Senior Automation Architect - DeltaV Batch & AI Enablement – 18 month contract- Ohio

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Senior Automation Architect to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

•  Provide subject matter expertise in DeltaV Batch architecture and batch execution strategies.
• Support development, optimization, and standardization of batch recipes and automation methodologies.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI-enabled technologies to improve automation workflows.
• Partner with Process Engineering, Manufacturing Science, Operations, and Automation teams to understand process requirements.
• Support technology transfer activities and process scale-up efforts.
• Leverage process historians, manufacturing data, and automation systems to improve manufacturing execution.

What you’ll need:

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong DeltaV Batch experience.
• Experience supporting distributed control systems.
• Batch recipe development experience.
• Knowledge of ISA-88 batch concepts.
