C&Q Lead - Small Molecule – US, Texas – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a C&Q Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead and manage C&Q contractors responsible for all Small Molecule Manufacturing Building systems.
• Adhere to all site safety requirements and procedures.
• Act as a positive safety role model by promoting safe behaviors throughout meetings and field activities.
• Conduct periodic field observations and provide feedback where required.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all Small Molecule commissioning and qualification activities.

What you’ll need:

• Degree qualification in a related field.
• Extensive experience in commissioning and qualification of process systems.
• Experience using Kneat or equivalent electronic C&Q execution platforms.
• Ability to maintain complete traceability from User Requirements through qualification completion.
