Quantity Surveyor - Germany, Dresden - Permanent Contract

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. What you’ll do:

• Manage procurement, negotiation, and administration of electrical and I&C subcontract packages
• Oversee subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with technical specs, budget, and schedule
• Prepare and manage bills of quantities and detailed cost estimates for electrical/I&C scopes
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor payment applications and manage variations and claims
• Lead final account negotiations and ensure timely close-out of subcontractor contracts
• Apply deep knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, BMS, SCADA, fire alarm, and I&C

What you’ll need:

• Requires extensive experience in electrical QS or subcontract management roles
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Membership with RICS or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
