What you'll do:
- Organise calendars, meetings and events (including factory visits) and ensure meeting documentation (minutes/notes) is prepared and distributed.
- Support the PM in preparing customer reporting (monthly / bi-weekly) and related reporting materials.
- Manage selected processes and individual project tasks in cooperation with the Project Manager.
- Process purchase orders across the entire project execution phase.
- Support the PM/SM in implementing and executing Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) guidelines and the HSEQ policy management system.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering/technical background is an advantage).
- Extensive experience in a similar profile/role (project support / back office / PM administration).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP (required or strongly preferred, depending on organisational needs).
