Project Manager – Ireland, Cork– Initial 18-23-Month Contract – Life Sciences 

Our client is a leading multinational medical technology company based near Cork, specialising in the design, manufacture, and distribution of innovative healthcare devices and surgical products. The organisation is known for high standards, a strong safety culture, and opportunities for career growth within a global business. Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery their project based on an initial 18-23 month contract

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead a portfolio of NPI and Vertical Integration projects through the Project Management Office (PMO) framework.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and implementation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams to establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Drive New Product Introduction activities, ensuring robust planning and seamless transition from development to manufacturing.

Experience required:

• Level 8 Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional projects within a manufacturing or medical device environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing transfer, process development, capital, or Vertical Integration projects.
• Proven track record of delivering business-critical projects on time, within budget, and to agreed performance objectives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, process development, supply chain management, and product industrialisation.
