Our client is currently seeking the skills of a project manager to support their team. Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. With their Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network growing rapidly, they are committed to growing their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide – and this is your opportunity to be involved!

What you’ll deliver:
  • Support the planning and execution of capital projects, ensuring work packages are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, vendors, contractors, and operational stakeholders, providing regular progress updates, risk management, and project reporting.
  • Manage package delivery through FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification, mechanical completion, and handover, ensuring all documentation and punch-list activities are completed.
  • Drive vendor and contractor performance, overseeing quality, schedule, compliance, permitting, and lifecycle documentation to support successful project delivery and asset handover.
Experience required:
  • Proven experience supporting the delivery of capital projects as a Project Engineer, Package Lead, or Project Manager within industrial, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle delivery, including planning, risk management, contractor coordination, FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification, and handover activities.
  • Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead workstreams, prepare project reports, facilitate workshops, and coordinate activities across engineering, operations, procurement, and commissioning teams.
