Project Manager - US, Texas - 12 Months Initial Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Program Manager in the planning and execution of a large-scale greenfield API manufacturing project from concept through handover to operations.
• Lead defined project scopes or workstreams, ensuring safe, compliant, and predictable delivery against cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Drive disciplined project execution across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover phases.
• Manage scope definition, cost forecasting, scheduling, and risk management for complex capital works.
• Implement and maintain robust project controls, reporting, and governance structures.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering large capital projects, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects; experience on mega-projects strongly preferred.
• Proven exposure to greenfield facility delivery, ideally within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of project execution models, EPCM delivery, and contractor management.
