EHS Lead – Norway – Initial 12-Month Contract – Data Centres

Our client is an owner/operator of data centres globally, specialising in AI ready data centres using their proprietary cloud platform technologies. Their mission is to expand and build industry leading hyperscale data centres, whilst maintaining the trust and reputation they have built in the industry. What you’ll deliver:
  • Act as the client-side EHS representative, providing oversight and assurance that General Contractors and subcontractors are delivering works in accordance with project EHS requirements, corporate standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor and assess contractor safety performance through audits, inspections, leadership walks, and review of key EHS metrics, ensuring identified risks and non-conformances are effectively managed and closed out.
  • Collaborate with project, construction, and commissioning teams to review high-risk activities, drive risk mitigation strategies, and ensure EHS considerations are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead client EHS reporting and stakeholder engagement, supporting incident investigations, sharing lessons learned, and promoting continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across all project partners.
Experience required:
  • Extensive EHS experience
  • Relevant local qualifications
  • Any industry that involves construction
  • Well-presented and well spoken (potential interface with client)
  • Candidate must be living in or around London.
