Project Controls Lead - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Controls Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Lead all cost management activities: budgets, forecasts, trends, accruals, and variance reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrated cost–schedule models using EVMS and progress measurement.
• Identify and escalate schedule variances and mismatches between cost performance and schedule
  updates.
• Validate scheduler logic, progress curves, critical path movements, and duration forecasts.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Extensive project controls experience on large CAPEX or megaprojects.
• Strong cost management background with solid schedule understanding.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI (modelling, analytics, dashboards).
