Project Controls Lead - Ohio, US - 12-month initial contract

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made.

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Controls Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:
  • Overseeing and setting up the standards of project controls and associated reporting.
  • Guide each of the nodes as they get themselves set up.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated cost–schedule performance model (EV / rules of credit) to align planned progress, actual progress, and spend.
  • Lead all project controls activities: cost management, forecasting, schedule integration, risk inputs, progress measurement, reporting, and data quality.
  • Develop and implement the Project Controls Plan, including governance, reporting cadence, baseline rules, progress measurement approach, earned value methodology, data standards, and escalation triggers.
What you’ll need:
  • Experience integrating Project Control Frameworks.
  • Previous CAPEX project experience.
  • Extensive experience of project controls within a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Scheduling experience using P6.
