Programme Manager - Remote Work in Ireland/UK - Long Term Contract

Our client produces, packs and distributes in a high-tech environment, sterile injectable medicines. More than 1 million injectable medicines are produced, packaged and distributed every day!

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Manager to work on an exciting CapEx project in Ireland ona contract until the end of the year. As Programme Manager you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a new state of the art facility.

What you'll do:

• Global Implementation Planning - Establish and maintain a global implementation plan covering Lifecycle Management, Maintenance, and Calibration Global SOPs
• Integrated Planning and Tracking - Own and maintain a single, integrated master tracker spanning all three workstreams. Track ownership, milestones, dependencies, and execution status across approximately 36 sites and functions.
• Adoption and Deployment Readiness - Track site adoption readiness signals, including impact assessments, change alignment, follow ups and training readiness.
• Site Gap Assessment and Implementation Oversight - Coordinate and monitor site gap assessments against approved Global SOPs
• Cadence, Reporting, and Communications – Lead a weekly operating rhythm, including agenda development, action capture, and follow up and provide status reports.

What you'll need:

• Extensive experience in project coordination, PMO, or program support leading global multi-site initiatives within the life sciences sector.
• Experience managing multi deliverable, document intensive initiatives
• Strong organizational, follow through, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Excel based trackers and Teams/SharePoint coordination
