Procurement Specialist – US, North Carolina – Initial 12-Month Contract – Data Centres

Support a landmark project as QCS partner with a global biologics organization to drive delivery of a cutting-edge facility in North Carolina. You will support a large-scale investment and play a pivotal part in bringing this world-class program to life.

Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to assist the delivery of their project based in North Carolina on an initial 12-month contract.

What you’ll deliver:

• Execute procurement activities for construction, EPCM, and capital equipment packages.
• Lead sourcing events including RFQs, RFPs, tendering, bid evaluations, and supplier recommendations.
• Support contract development, negotiation, administration, and change management activities.
• Manage commercial interactions with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Legal, and Finance teams.

Experience required:

• Extensive procurement experience supporting capital projects.
• Experience managing procurement activities within construction, EPCM, manufacturing, or industrial project environments.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, and supplier management processes.
• Experience supporting contract administration and commercial management activities.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement packages simultaneously.
