Operations Lead – Ireland, Dublin – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Our client, a globally recognised pioneer in Biotechnology, are recruiting for the position of Operations Lead. What you’ll deliver:

• Act as the operational representative for manufacturing projects, ensuring production requirements are incorporated throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain and technical teams to support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate manufacturing readiness activities for new processes, equipment upgrades and site improvement projects.
• Drive resolution of technical and operational challenges through effective troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the development and review of manufacturing documentation, risk assessments, change controls and training materials.

Experience required:

• Degree qualified in Science, Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Significant experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and manufacturing operations.
• Proven project coordination and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and continuous improvement skills.
