Junior Electrical Site Supervisor – Netherlands – Initial 12-Month Contract

Our client, a leading global infrastructure and engineering consultancy, is seeking an experienced Junior Electrical Site Supervisorto support the delivery of a major project based in The Netherlands. This is an initial 12-month contract with strong potential for extension, offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile programme within a complex engineering environment.

What you’ll deliver:

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in line with design specifications and project requirements.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the FIDIC Yellow Book contract conditions, applicable codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors and construction management to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
• Monitor and verify progress, quality, and safety compliance of electrical subcontractors.
• Participate in inspections, FAT/SAT activities and handover processes.

Experience required:

• A technical qualification in electrical engineering or related field is required.
•  Extensive experience supervising electrical works on medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in delivering construction projects in the Netherlands is essential
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
