I&C Manager/Lead - US, Louisiana - 12 Month Initial Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Louisiana, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a I&C Manager/Lead to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee installation quality, grounding, routing, segregation, and labeling. Review submittals, RFIs, and design updates for compliance.
• Lead subcontractor coordination, pre-installation meetings, and daily field inspections. Develop inspection plans and hold-point checklists.
• Support IOQC, loop checks, and turnover documentation (redlines, QC records, calibration logs).
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, arc-flash, and electrical clearances.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field.
• Extensive experience in I&C systems for large-scale construction or pharmaceutical/biotech projects.
• Deep knowledge of instrumentation, controls (DCS/PLC/SCADA), BAS, low-voltage systems, and IT/OT integration.
• Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
