CSA Quantity Surveyor – Frankfurt, Germany –Contract or Permanent – Data Centres

Our client delivers cutting-edge projects for data centres worldwide. This is your chance to support an innovative, market-leading company as aCSA Quantity Surveyor.

What you’ll deliver:

• Manage commercial and cost aspects of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BoQs, and cost estimates.
• Review and value subcontractor applications and invoices.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts.
• Manage variations, change orders, and claims.

Experience required:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• Extensive quantity surveying experience on major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction works.
• Experience with contract administration (FIDIC, NEC, JCT or similar).
• Good understanding of cost control, valuation, and change management.
