Cost Controller - Denmark, Copenhagen - 12 Month Contract 

Our global engineering client specialise in delivering innovative solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Their focus is on designing and optimising advanced facilities that enable the development and production of critical medicines. With a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology, they help clients bring life-changing treatments to patients worldwide. They are currently looking for a Cost Controller.

What you’ll do:

• Lead all financials issues in a holistic perspective and related activities in single projects or portfolio of projects.
• Ensure correct financial management and reporting to establish best possible foundation for profitable and lean project execution.
• Focus on Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management and Validation.
• Ensure that relevant project members are familiar with the methods and that use of these is clearly communicated to project organisation e.g. Project Performance Report, plan and monitor cashflow, follow up on milestones, bonus/penalty, risk, forecast of project staffing and procurement items, Earned Value Management, Profit & Loss calculation.

What you’ll need:

• Have experience as Cost Engineer, Cost Controller.
• Have an educational background (Bachelor) within Economics or as technical engineer / related background.
• Extensive experience within Cost, ideally from the pharmaceutical, biotech, food or chemical industry
• It is key that you have in-depth experience of Cost controlling procedures, forecasting and monthly reporting to customers
