Construction System Owner (Mechanical HVAC) - US, Indiana - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Indiana, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction System Owner to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Verifying HVAC and mechanical installations (AHUs, ductwork, piping, etc.) against IFC drawings and GMP requirements
• Ensuring cleanroom HVAC systems meet design intent (pressure cascades, airflow, environmental control)
• Supporting Mechanical Completion, commissioning readiness, and turnover
• Identifying and escalating installation issues across HVAC and mechanical systems

What you’ll need:

• Strong field experience installing HVAC systems (not just design)
• Experience with cleanroom HVAC systems in GMP environments
• Knowledge of mechanical completion and commissioning processes
• Ability to read IFC drawings, P&IDs, and mechanical layouts
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
