Construction System Owner

Construction System Owner (CSA) - US, Indiana - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Indiana, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction System Owner to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Verifying CSA installations in the field against IFC drawings, specifications, and GMP requirements
• Identifying and escalating installation deviations, quality issues, and risks impacting compliance or turnover
• Supporting walkdowns, inspections, and punch list closure to ensure system readiness
• Coordinating interfaces between CSA and other disciplines (MEP, process, fire protection, etc.

What you’ll need:

• Strong field-based CSA experience on large-scale construction projects (not design-only)
• Experience in GMP or regulated environments (pharma preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings, structural and architectural packages
• Experience supporting inspections, walkdowns, and turnover readiness
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
