Construction Manager - US, Ohio - 14 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the field-based representative of the Project Manager, acting as the primary “eyes and ears” onsite
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence to monitor construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule expectations
• Coordinate daily field activities across contractors, subcontractors, vendors, safety teams, and site leadership
• Proactively identify and escalate field issues, risks, and conflicts, driving resolution in collaboration with PM and CM

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial), or a related technical field OR Equivalent combination of education and relevant hands-on construction experience
• Extensive hands-on construction management experience in complex industrial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similarly regulated environments
• Demonstrated experience supporting active construction sites with strong field presence (not purely office-based PMs)
• Proven track record of coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors, and vendors in fast-paced project environments
