Construction Manager (Clean Room) - Germany, Leipzig - 12 Month Contract

Are you a Construction Manager looking for your next contract role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading high-tech facilities provider based in Leipzig, on an initial 12 Month contract.

Our client delivers cutting-edge projects for data centres worldwide. This is your chance to work with an innovative, market-leading company as their newest Construction Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end cleanroom construction within a semiconductor fab environment
• Oversee architectural, mechanical, electrical, and process piping works
• Ensure compliance with ISO cleanroom standards (ISO 3–8) and fab contamination-control protocols
• Coordinate with Tool Owners, Hook-Up Engineers, and Facilities teams
• Align construction schedules with tool-installation and production ramp-up milestones

What you’ll need:

• Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in semiconductor cleanroom or advanced manufacturing construction
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, process gases, chemical distribution, and sub-fab systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple contractors in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
