They create the tools and resources for their customers requirement to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams.

To support our client’s continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Construction Manager to work remotely.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee full lifecycle of greenfield and colocation data centre construction projects.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Align construction activities with infrastructure and equipment needs through cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols.

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in construction management within data centre, industrial, or high-tech sectors.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, structural works, and IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site teams and external partners.
• Proficient in project management tools and reporting.
