We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Automation Scheduler to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, maintain and manage detailed automation project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Support automation project schedule development across key phases including requirements, design, configuration, software/build activities, testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification support, turnover and closeout.
- Integrate system integrator, vendor and automation package schedules into the overall automation schedule.
- Ensure automation schedules are aligned with the overall project master schedule, including construction, CQV, commissioning, turnover and operational readiness milestones.
What you’ll need:
- Extensive experience in project scheduling, project controls or project management support within pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, advanced manufacturing or another highly regulated capital project environment.
- Direct experience supporting automation, process automation, controls, system integration, OT, DeltaV, PLC/SCADA, MES, CSV, validation, commissioning or similar technical project scopes.
- Strong Primavera P6 experience, including logic-driven scheduling, progress updates, critical path analysis, baselining and schedule reporting.
- Experience working with third-party vendors, OEMs or system integrators and incorporating their schedule information into a wider project schedule.
