Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer (OEM) - Ireland, Dublin - 12 Months Initial Contract 

Our client is a global leader in pharmaceutical innovation, specialising in the development and manufacture of cutting-edge drugs. As they continue to grow, they’re seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team and drive forward groundbreaking projects in Dublin.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with vendors of OEM equipment to ensure deliverables meet project requirements, including the interfacing of new OEM equipment with existing site systems, incl. MES and Pi Historian
• Provide input to the development of project schedules and document trackers.
• Liaise with stakeholders on the overall project to ensure clear communication between all parties.

What you’ll need:

• Experience with Siemens systems  
• Experience with iFIX (SCADA) - Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control
• Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry.
