Bio

For the past decade, I’ve worked in contracts, compliance, and business continuity in the staffing and recruitment sector – often delivering projects that strengthened governance, improved processes, and ensured operational readiness. My experience has covered everything from contract governance and contractor onboarding compliance to rolling out company-wide policy changes and documentation frameworks.

Now, my focus is on hands-on improvements that make a tangible difference: building clear documentation, streamlining processes, and using automation to remove repetitive work. I’m a big believer in clean, well-structured data, and in leveraging the full power of Microsoft 365 tools to create seamless, data-driven workflows. Most of my projects aim to bring order to complexity – whether that’s reorganising information, simplifying steps, or embedding tools that make day-to-day tasks faster and easier. If it’s unwieldy or broken, I’m already halfway to fixing it – with a better system and a SharePoint page to match.
