Works Coordinator - France, Paris - 6 Month Contract 

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Works Coordinator to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Organise supplier visits during consultations
  • Participate in technical alignment meetings
  • Organise coordination meetings between impacted NNP departments and companies carrying out work in the areas.
  • Monitors and facilitates the execution of work (access, site organisation) in collaboration with external contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Ensures that work is carried out in accordance with the specifications, contractual documents, safety regulations and the rules.
  • Participates in site meetings and co-activity meetings, drafting minutes if necessary
  • Ensures and takes preventive actions to avoid any risks related to co-activity and safety on the site
  • Deliverables to be produced: Meeting minutes, Action plan and monitoring, Activity report, Compliance analysis report and Coordination plans and diagrams.
