We have an amazing opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team!  

The Talent Acquisition Executive at QCS will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for candidates whilst working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will be someone who comes from a similar role with previous experience in recruiting into the Staffing Industry. Roles include, but are not limited to, Recruiters, Business Development Executives, Account Managers, as well as Managers to help with the continuous growth of QCS.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Focusing on direct recruitment across all business areas for our US entity
  • Working towards business hiring targets
  • High level of outbound call activity to source new candidates
  • Sourcing candidates on the company’s database, external job boards, and utilizing social media
  • Targeting both the active and passive markets to contact suitable candidates to discuss opportunities
  • Qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, being able to embody the QCS brand, and gaining candidate commitment
  • Performing head-hunting activities to identify and source candidates from the passive market
  • Managing candidate pipeline
  • Ensure all data and candidates' records are up to date on our company’s CRM system, including obtaining recent CVs
  • Coordinating and hosting internal interviews
  • Managing the candidate onboarding process
  • Competitor identification and mapping
  • Maintaining accurate and timely management information
 
Here are some skills required to complete the role of a Talent Acquisition Executive job successfully:
  • Industry experience. Ideally within the staffing industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to commit to the organization’s mission and goals by showing dedication and perseverance in day-to-day work and goal achievement.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with a specific focus on building relationships, establishing rapport, engaging candidates, and persuading potential candidates to consider new opportunities.
  • Ability to show initiative by taking proactive steps and being self-motivated to start tasks or projects.
  • Ability to make clear and effective decisions quickly and confidently.
  • Ability to remain effective and composed when under pressure or handling serious situations/conversations.
  • Ability to make significant impact/effective to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Identify and understand issues to find effective solutions and make sound decisions based on analysis and evaluation.
  • Thorough attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks
  • Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask to manage conflicting tasks and schedules.
  • Commitment to safety and ability to adhere to client-specific Personal Protection Equipment and site safety requirements.
  • Ability to successfully work in an in-office and hybrid environment.
