Site Supervisor – Renewable Energy – Belgium

Responsibilities:
  • Budget management: monitoring the project budget and cost control.
  • Project planning: setting up and managing the project, including deadlines and milestones.
  • Team coordination: leading and coordinating the project team.
  • Quality control: ensuring compliance with quality standards and requirements during project execution.
  • Preparing orders: following up and ordering all necessary materials.
  • Communication: maintaining communication with stakeholders such as architectural firms and other parties involved.
  • Reporting: reporting on project progress to management.
  • Problem solving: Identifying and solving problems that arise during the project.
  • Documentation: maintaining detailed documentation about project progress.

Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • In possession of an HVAC certificate.
  • Project management experience of at least 5 years.
  • Communicative: Speaks Dutch and English.
  • Result-driven
  • Radiates client values: Sustainability, Innovation, Respect for people, integrity and responsibility.
