Site Manager - Mission Critical/Life Science - 5-Month Contract 

Our client are industry-leading builders and contractors with comprehensive expertise across all sectors, including Data Centres and Pharma/Life Sciences. Traditionally they have been a specialist in civil infrastructure, but they are now expanding their M&E offering. They are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the completion and handover of a large manufacturing project.


Responsibilities 
  •  To oversee the handover and competition of a project on behalf of the general contractor
  • Ensure all CSA & MEP packages are completed.
  • Previous experience of working on live operational facilities is beneficial.
  • Overseeing M&E installations and managing the programme on behalf of the client
  • Interfacing with different suppliers and vendors
  • Good communication as this is a client facing position and they will be the main point of contact on site
  • Providing daily and weekly progress updates
  • Reporting into the project manager

Requirements:
  • Experience within clean room environments confirmed
  • Previous experience of handover/completion of projects
  • Excellent communication with stakeholders
  • Management experience of subcontractors
  • Fit out experience
  • Experience on MEP projects for a Contractor or Subcontractor, such as Life Science, Hospitals, Microprocess facilities, Food process and/or Data Centres.
