Scheduler - US, Ohio - 18-24 Month Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Scheduler to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6.
  • Align new modality schedules with existing LP2 timelines and Jacobs’ design outputs.
  • Track dependencies, milestones, and critical paths across project phases.
  • Provide regular schedule reporting, analysis, and updates to leadership.
  • Identify risks, delays, and recovery plans to keep projects on track.
  • Work closely with PMO and contractors to ensure schedule alignment.
Skills and Experience:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Prior experience scheduling biopharma/GMP capital projects.
  • Strong analytical skills for critical path and risk analysis.
  • Ability to adapt schedules to evolving scopes and designs.
  • Effective communicator with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying risks.
