Construction Manager Owner’s Representative - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Construction Manager Owner’s Representative to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate all construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify quality of material and workmanship and address any issues that arise.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, ensuring the correct implementation of engineering designs.
What you'll need:
  • Extensive construction management experience delivering large-scale pharma, biotech, or high-tech manufacturing projects.
  • Proven track record managing multiple general contractors or EPCM partners.
  • Deep understanding of cGMP construction requirements, cleanroom environments, and utilities/process systems installation.
  • Experience managing commissioning and turnover activities alongside CQV and QA teams.
