We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager (QAQC) to lead quality standards for large-scale data centre developments in Frankfurt.

In this client-side role, you will ensure the seamless execution of quality assurance and control processes for data centre construction projects, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and client-specific standards. Collaborating closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering reliable, high-performance infrastructure that meets the highest quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop tender documentation and evaluate participant submissions, guiding contract negotiations.
  • Implement QAQC strategies to align with regulatory and project standards.
  • Identify potential risks related to design, materials, and installation—introducing mitigation measures proactively.
  • Oversee the creation and review of quality-related documentation, including Inspection Test Plans, method statements, and procedural guides.
  • Ensure comprehensive QAQC records are finalised for handover, including certifications, warranties, and as-built documents.
  • Monitor performance metrics, addressing deviations with strategic solutions.
  • Provide regular QAQC insights to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities to verify adherence to design criteria and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A degree or equivalent in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Extensive expertise in quality management systems, ISO 9001 standards, and data centre construction codes. Certifications such as CQE or ISO 9001 Auditor are highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in quality management roles for large-scale industrial projects (e.g., nuclear, aeronautics), with experience in data centre construction.
  • Strong analytical skills to efficiently resolve complex quality issues.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage cross-functional teams effectively.
