We are currently partnering with a leading global consulting and engineering company that are looking for experienced data centre professionals to join their team. Our client is working with many major developers in the data centre space and require a Project Manager at their Poland location.
Our client offers strategic, tactical, and operational advice to a variety of entities, including colocation data centres, internet service providers, and telecom companies. Their team is composed of experts in diverse fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, civil engineering, structure, building, architecture, fire safety, control engineering, and security technology.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the project in accordance with the established project work schedule, contract with the client and with the budget;
- Ensuring successful project delivery;
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports and other project-related records;
- Taking corrective actions if necessary to keep the project on track;
- Being the client's single point of contact, ensuring seamless communication;
- Being at the forefront, developing business cases that seamlessly blend design and engineering;
- Building and maintaining a trusted advisor status at the director level with client;
- Leveraging your commercial acumen to foster sustainable client relationships and contribute to our continuous success;
- Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work within a cross-border, native, and home-based multidisciplinary team, managing projects that span across borders;
- Engaging in projects spanning different countries, coordinating with diverse teams, subcontractors, and local cultures.
- A background from a Technical University (civil, sanitary, electrical);
- Experience in the management of multidisciplinary design and engineering and construction projects, preferably in the data centres or other relevant sectors;
- Affinity with digital and automated design and engineering process (BIM360, CDE);
- Fluency in English and Polish;
- Previous employment by a design and engineering company would be an advantage;
- Openness to short-, medium-, or long-term international travel.
