Project Manager - US, Ohio - 18-24 Month Contract 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and oversee PMO structure, governance, and reporting.
  • Lead project phases from conceptual design through detailed design and execution.
  • Manage integration with existing LP2 operations, including shutdowns and tie-ins.
  • Oversee NPI introduction, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Direct project teams, contractors, and stakeholders across disciplines.
  • Manage capital budgets ($15MM–$200MM) and ensure delivery against targets.
  • Provide leadership, escalation, and decision support under senior oversight.
Skills and Experience:
  • Requires extensive biopharma/life sciences project management experience.
  • Strong track record delivering large-scale brownfield and greenfield projects.
  • Proven ability to set up and lead PMO structures and governance.
  • Deep knowledge of GMP, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence.
  • Ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk simultaneously.
