Project Assistant - Belgium, Brussels - 6 Months Initial Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are looking for a Project Assistant to join their team. The company has grown to become a world leader in the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products to alleviate some of the world’s biggest health problems.

What you'll do:
  • Maintain and update project documentation (meeting minutes, action logs, decision registers).
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and reviews across stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Track progress on deliverables and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials.
  • Assist in managing document control and versioning for design inputs and outputs.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, quality, and operations teams.
What you'll need:
  • Experience in project coordination within engineering or pharmaceutical environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
  • Ability to work independently and follow up proactively
