Project Manager - Pharma - Copenhagen - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a X to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.


Responsibilities:
  • Taking the projects through the stage gated funding process (G1, G2 and G3) and plan/ensure a safe and sustainable execution until handover (G4).
  • Lead funding processes.
  • Prepare projects for success by following the project model and development of a sustainable project execution plan for the projects.
  • Project management.
  • Steering team management.
  • Lead cross functional stakeholder teams.
  • Ensure that schedule, scope, and budget is aligned with sponsor and end users.
  • Collaboration with major project service functions (e.g., Controls, contracting and procurement).
Requirements:
  • +15 years’ experience in running CapEx Projects with technical scope (Utilities and/or Process).
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal).
  • Experience from similar industry (Biotech and/or Pharma).
  • A leader with focus on people.
  • Open and collaboration minded.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Team player.
  • Technical skilled.
  • Understands the technical details while keeping focus on the holistic view and end target of the project.
  • BSc. or MSc. in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Process, Electrical, Energy technology).
