Project Coordinator - Denmark, Copenhagen - 12 Month Initial Contract

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join their expanding team. With continued organisational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Project administration: File sharing, office and facility services, developing project specific procedures/guidelines.
  • Project communication: Project calendar, meeting planning and presentations, workshops, Sharepoint
  • Ad hoc support to Project Management and Project Function
  • Office supplies
  • Facility Management incl. PPE Equipment
  • Communication material to establish transparent and coherent communication to increase effectiveness in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Documentation coordination: Planning & follow up
  • Coordination of meetings, events, seminars
Requirements:
  • Strong relevant experience or similar experience
  • Fluent in Danish is considered an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Self-driven
  • Structured with an eye for details
  • Adaptable to an ever-changing project environment
