AMK- B Coordinator - Denmark, Copenhagen - 12 Month Contract 

Our client, a global CDMO in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is recruiting for a AMK- B Coordinator  to join their new and exciting large-scale CAPEX investment programme. With a mission to provide process development and cGMP production in cell culture, microbial fermentation, and gene therapies, this is an outstanding opportunity make a genuine contribution to the biopharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities include:
  • Implement the project specific EHS processes, and procedures related to the EHS-plan (PSS)
  • Update PSS and other related documents as needed
  • Lead and participate in safety walks, incident investigations, inspection and audits
  • Facilitate/chair safety meetings with subcontractors incl. drafting of MoM
  • Participate and guide in coordination board, look ahead and permit meetings as agreed
  • Support and advise various stakeholders on health, safety and security requirements and needs.
  • Supervise health & safety performance ongoing activities as per plan. This can including weekends and nights when needed
  • Develop communication material for relevant safety related issues at the operational level
  • Develop and perform training of colleagues in health and safety related aspects
  • Escalate issues to management where needed
  • Lead by example and ensure that the safety culture and regulation are fulfilled on the site.
  • Act as point of contact to DWEA and other safety relevant authorities
  • Deputize the EHS lead as needed
Key requirements include:
  • Solid safety- and technical background and experience.
  • Extensive experience in green and brown field projects.
  • Experience from large projects preferably pharma, bio tech or food.
  • Experience working in multi-cultural/language organisations.
  • Speak fluently English and has a good written English as this is the site language.
