Program Planner - Remote, Europe - 6 Months Initial Contract 

QCS are partnered with a leading international packaging company and supporting them with staffing solutions across their CAPEX projects in EMEA. As an organisation, our client is redefining packaging for a changing world and plan to become the leading supplier of sustainable packaging solutions. We are looking for a Program Planner to work remotely on a 6 month contract (with the likelihood of extension for the right candidate).

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules for paper mill construction projects using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather inputs and update timelines
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and proactively identify schedule risks or delays
  • Support resource planning and sequencing of activities to minimise disruption to ongoing operations
  • Prepare and present schedule reports and forecasts to senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate planning and coordination meetings with contractors, vendors, and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction planning within industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in pulp and paper or heavy process industries
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software and tools
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project execution strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
