Process Technician - North Carolina – Pharmaceuticals

Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented Process Technician to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide recommendations to develop preventative maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime
  • Contribute to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and revisions for process maintenance related activities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Follo standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) quality standards
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
  • Knowledge of GMP requirements
  • Effective communication, both written and oral
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
