Construction Management Specialist – E&I – Germany - Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical client based in the surroundings of Frankfurt. Due to a large capital investment and multiple projects on site, the client is looking for a Construction Management Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee EPCM works to ensure compliance with client guidelines and standards.
  • Provide technical leadership to E&I teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Review and approve E&I designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Manage Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation scopes including BMS, EMS, PLC/SCADA systems.
  • Supervise commissioning activities and support QA/QC processes.
  • Coordinate SAT execution and system handovers.
  • Chair client and CQV progress meetings.
Key requirements include:
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical construction projects, particularly cleanroom and utility room builds.
  • Strong background in managing quality assurance and turnover processes for large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical environments.
  • Hands-on experience with commissioning, qualification protocols (IOC, IOQ, PQ), and turnover documentation.
