Responsibilities:
- Supporting the CAPEX procurement process development initiative:
- Contribute to the process framework development headed by the Process Lead
- Process mapping, process description & SOP development
- Identify connection points to other processes & systems
- Collect CAPEX processes/policies from other BUs – identify and align best practices
- Supporting the Indirect Procurement GPO in:
- Development of the procurement process framework
- Updating of the procurement policy in-line with the process framework development
- Identity and document missing processes
- Review and update currently drafted processes
- Identify connection points to other processes & systems
- Optionally – procedure development if needed
- Perform system testing (ex. check system design/process changes)
Requirements:
- Fluent to Native Level English and Dutch
- Some procurement experience is required (preferably in manufacturing environment)
- Some experience in process mapping/writing/optimising is required
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, …)
- Nice to have
- Experience working for a large, diverse multinational company
- Project management knowledge and experience
- SAP/ARIBA experience
- VISIO or other workflow mapping software knowledge
