Process Lead - Michigan, USA - 18-Months 

Do you want to work with an exciting company who are an established market leader within their unique and niche field? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Process Lead with experience to drive the delivery of a large new capital invest project on an initial 12-month contract. As the Process Lead you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a new state of the art facility.


Responsibilities and Requirements: 
  • Reporting to the Technical Lead.
  • Implement Process design quality and design change.
  • Support the Technical Lead as an interface for Technical / Process aspects of the project with EP Services provider during the Engineering phase of the project.
  • Define Process Technical expectations to EP Service provider and ensure delivery in line with this expectation, including the application of standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure that EHS&S considerations are appropriately addressed throughout the Engineering phase of the project, including but not limited to HAZOP / SWIFT studies. Ensure that appropriate attendees from the Process Technical group are represented at all such sessions.
  • With the Project Quality Lead, ensure that the appropriate Quality standards are applied for the project, consistent with best practice and internal Quality Standards and expectations.
  • Use best endeavours to ensure that the Process deliverables are provided on schedule to meet the needs of the project.
  • Ensure communications between disciplines is productive and supports project objectives.
  • Use best endeavours to ensure that Cost & Cashflow targets for the project are maintained.
