Project Manager - Croatia, Belišće - 6 Months Initial Contract

QCS are partnered with a leading international packaging company and supporting them with staffing solutions across their CAPEX projects in EMEA. As an organisation, our client is redefining packaging for a changing world and plan to become the leading supplier of sustainable packaging solutions. We are looking for a Project Manager on an 6 month inital contract for our client’s project based in Croatia.

What you'll do:
  • Manage all phases of the construction lifecycle, from planning through to commissioning and handover.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Lead site-based teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
What you'll need:
  • Proven experience managing industrial construction projects, preferably within paper mills or similar process-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with decoupling or decommissioning projects is highly desirable.
