Our client is a leader in improving patients’ lives with a diverse portfolio of products and projects. Customers worldwide look to them for innovations that push the boundaries of medical science. They are currently seeking a Process Engineer for their Irish location.
Key Responsibilities
- Assesses process capabilities, prioritises process improvement opportunities, and innovates and implements process improvements on platform or derivative projects.
- Applies technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures, tooling and/or automation.
- Executes the functional deliverables associated with the New product Introduction, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
- Plans, organises, and conducts all aspects of technical reviews.
- Ensures proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements. (e.g., BOM's, Routers, FMEA's, etc.)
Management Requirements
- BS in Engineering with 5+ years of related experience in relevant field
- Mechanical or Biomedical Engineer preferred.
- Experience leading complex process introductions
- Knowledge in statistical analysis
- Design of Experiments (DOE) experience
- Failure modes analysis
- Preferred not essential experience: CAD knowledge, Equipment integration/ Mechanical Design, Vision systems development, Catheter manufacture processes, equipment design
