Payroll Specialist - Remote - 12-Month Contract 

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company manufacturing plasma-derived, and recombination therapeutic products, who in turn deliver high-quality medicines that treat people with rare and serious diseases, and we are now searching on an exclusive basis with the client to appoint a Payroll Specialist to join their busy and rewarding team on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months.


Responsibilities and Requirements: 

  • 10 years’ experience with Swiss Payroll.
  • Speaks English, French and German, what comes in handy when they have to contact Swiss tax authorities.
  • Experience with Swiss payroll Audits
  • The EMEA Payroll Specialist role will have responsibility for ensuring all weekly and monthly payrolls are processed, audited, funded and delivered to employees in the applicable region on a timely and accurate basis. Responsibilities will also include analysis and reconciliation of data issues affecting payroll. Will actively participate in the design and implementation of a new global payroll system and processes and will support the Global Payroll support and services model.
