Operational Readiness Planner - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operational Readiness Planner to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and manage schedules using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather and update scheduling data.
  • Analyze schedules to identify critical paths, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for the Operational Readiness Project Manager and stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance and risks, recommending improvements and best practices.
What you'll need:
  • Requires extensive experience in project scheduling.
  • Experience working in a GMP environment preferred.
  • Experience Oracle Primavera P6 project scheduling software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interface with data display platforms such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience using Smartsheet
