Implementation Manager - UK, London - 6 Month Contract 

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of an Implementation Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment of the updated REACH change management process across multiple sites ensuring alignment with operational workflows and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site teams, HSEQ, commercial, and design departments to ensure understanding and buy-in.
  • Co-ordinate with the extended programme team to avoid conflicts as other initiatives roll out
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, user guides, and support materials to facilitate smooth onboarding and usage of Smartsheet.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies to guide teams through the transition, manage resistance, and reinforce adoption.
  • Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms to track implementation progress, user engagement, and process effectiveness.
  • Gather feedback and insights to refine the process and Smartsheet configuration post-rollout.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementation or change management roles within the construction industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet and its applications in project or process management.
  • Familiarity with REACH (or similar change management frameworks) and construction project workflows
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training delivery skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
